A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all clients.

Cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards are accepted for services and products. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late after your scheduled appointment will result in appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.

24-hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via phone call, or text.

No-shows will result in an automatic charge to the card on file for 100% of the services booked.
The next appointment can not be scheduled without amending the missed or late-cancelled appointment (including missing appointments due to late arrival)

No, we have a no refund policy unless the service was a mistake made by the stylist.
We will gladly adjust the style within 5 days of the original appointment at no additional charge.

We have a right to refuse services to anyone at any time.

Yes, hair can be provided for all services rendered. Please visit our Services page.

Shampoo and condition services are available upon request for an additional $20 fee.

No chemical services are rendered at The Crochet Queen.
